Oscar sat patiently in the waiting area of the small church for several hours. He is a teacher in the local elementary school in Taxisco. Over the past 5 years he has noticed a decline in his vision. He found himself struggling more and more with correcting homework assignments. Even going out into the sunlight to correct papers in order compensate for his failing vision. The IRT team was able to fit him with glasses that will enable him to perform his duties as a educator to the children of Taxisco.
